What we deliver
We sell digital browser games. Each purchase is a downloadable ZIP containing the game files, a README and a personal-use license. We do not ship physical goods, provide branded game keys or transfer third-party accounts.
Where to find your game
After payment is confirmed and download permission is granted, sign in to the purchasing account and open My account → Downloads. Download access is tied to that account. A Pending payment, Failed or Cancelled order does not receive access.
Delivery timing and costs
There are no shipping charges, customs charges for physical goods or carrier tracking numbers. The store makes eligible downloads available through your account after confirmed payment. If a confirmed paid order has no download, contact us with its order number so we can investigate. We do not promise delivery before payment is confirmed.
Getting started
- Download the ZIP from your account.
- Extract all files into one folder.
- Open index.html in a supported browser with JavaScript enabled.
- Keep the other game files in the same folder.
Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari are supported. Check the game-specific controls and test the demo before purchase. Local file access and ZIP extraction can vary on mobile devices. Internet is required for purchase and download; the extracted games can be played offline.
Download access and license
There is no preset download count or expiry for the offered edition while your account and the store’s download service remain available. Keep a personal backup. Future editions, upgrades and perpetual online storage are not promised. You may play on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use; redistribution and resale are not permitted.
Delivery problems
Check that you are signed in to the correct account and that the order is paid. For a corrupt file, missing permission or compatibility issue, contact support with the game name, order number, browser and device. Do not send a password. If we cannot remedy a qualifying problem, we will assess a refund under the applicable policy.
