Digital products and physical returns
Our products are digital game downloads. There is no physical item to send back. The company address is for correspondence; do not send physical goods to it.
Before downloading
Please read the product description, compatibility requirements and controls, and try the free demo. For an order that has not been paid, use cancellation rather than a refund request. For a confirmed paid order that has not been downloaded, contact us promptly if you purchased by mistake or wish to withdraw. We will review the request and any applicable rights before access is used.
Problems with a game or delivery
Contact us if a purchased file is missing, corrupt, materially different from its description or does not function as described on a supported setup. Include your order number, game name and a short account of the problem. Browser and device information can help us reproduce an issue. We may offer a replacement file or reasonable troubleshooting; where a remedy is unavailable or a refund is legally required, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Change of mind after a download
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, we review change-of-mind requests after access or download individually. Accessing a file does not remove any mandatory legal rights. A standard checkbox or download is not treated as a blanket waiver of rights.
How to make a request
Use our support form and choose Return or refund request, or email us. Include the order number and reason. Submit requests promptly so we can investigate. We do not impose a universal short deadline that overrides applicable statutory rights. We may ask for proportionate evidence of a fault; never send your password, complete payment card number or verification codes.
Decisions and payment handling
We will explain the outcome and, for an approved paid refund, the amount and expected processing arrangements. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where available. Provider processing time may vary. An unpaid order has no amount to refund. Duplicate or mistaken actual charges will be investigated against the payment records.
Access after a refund
Download access for a fully refunded game is withdrawn. Unless required to retain it by law, stop using and delete your downloaded copy of the refunded game. A partial price adjustment alone does not automatically mean the full game license is cancelled.

This policy supplements, and does not exclude or restrict, mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you.
