Plans change. Here is how to manage an order.
Unpaid orders
Sign in and open My account → Orders. Choose Cancel for an eligible Pending payment order. Confirm the action shown by the store. The order will be marked Cancelled and no game will be delivered. If no Cancel action is available, contact us with the order number.
What cancellation does
Cancelling an unpaid order prevents fulfillment of that order. No payment has been taken through the current order-submission flow, so there is no payment to refund. A cancelled order cannot be paid again through its old payment link; place a new order if you decide to purchase later.
Paid orders and downloads
A paid order requires a refund review rather than cancellation of an unpaid order. Contact us before downloading if you ordered in error. If access has already been used, explain the circumstances so we can assess the request under our Returns & refunds policy and applicable law.
No recurring plans
The games listed in this store are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring billing to cancel.
Orders we cannot fulfill
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or there is a reasonable concern about unlawful use. We will explain the issue where appropriate and handle any actual confirmed payment under the refund policy and applicable law.
