2. What we collect
We collect account identifiers, email and securely hashed passwords; names and billing country supplied at checkout; order items, amounts, status and any payment references received when payment is enabled; support messages, contact details and optional order references; and technical details such as IP address, browser information, session identifiers and server security logs. Do not send card numbers, passwords or verification codes through support.
3. Why information is collected
We use information to create and protect accounts, retain carts, record and manage orders, validate access to downloads, investigate faults and refund requests, respond to support, prevent abuse and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Fields marked required are needed for the stated service; without them we may be unable to create an account, process an order or respond to you. Optional information is identified where requested.
4. Payments and service providers
The current checkout saves pending orders without making a charge. If a payment provider is enabled, it handles payment credentials under its own privacy terms and may supply a transaction reference and outcome. Store hosting, technical support and communication providers may process limited information as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.

WordPress and WooCommerce use necessary login, security, cart and session cookies. They help keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your cart. The current store does not include advertising pixels, analytics cookies or a marketing newsletter. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling necessary cookies may prevent login, cart retention and checkout. Game demos run in the browser; no ad tracking is included.

We use your email for account, order and support matters. Support submissions are stored as private requests with a reference number. The local build captures outgoing messages in a private outbox; capture does not establish delivery to an external mailbox. For urgent order questions, use the published email address. We do not enroll you in marketing lists.
7. Storage, security and transfers
We apply account controls, limited access and protected download checks. No system can guarantee absolute security. The local build stores information on the operator’s computer; hosting location and processor details must be reviewed before public launch. If service providers process data in other jurisdictions, the relevant arrangements and protections must be considered. We do not intentionally publish customer records or private support messages.
8. Retention
Account information is kept while needed to provide the account or meet lawful obligations. Order and payment records may be retained for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legally required periods. We will explain any lawful reason for declining or limiting a request. Do not email a complete identity document unless a specific secure verification process has been agreed.

Purchasing accounts are intended for adults with capacity to contract. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information. Contact us if a child has provided information.
