1. Operator and contact
This store is operated by LINGWEN TRADING LIMITED（靈文貿易有限公司）, referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”. These terms apply to use of the store and orders for our digital games.

2. Scope and eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and legally able to enter a contract to create a purchasing account. A parent or guardian should make purchases for younger players. Browse and use demos responsibly. Do not supply false age, identity or contact details.
3. Accounts and security
Create an account using accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for authorized activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Checkout and protected downloads require sign-in. Account access does not by itself confirm that an order is paid.
4. Game descriptions and compatibility
Each product page describes its gameplay, controls, format and supported browser requirements. The games are digital HTML, CSS and JavaScript downloads for individual play. No physical item, third-party game key, branded character, multiplayer service, virtual currency or subscription is included. Try the demo on your intended device before ordering. Device restrictions on local HTML files and ZIP extraction may vary.
5. License and intellectual property
After confirmed payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased edition for personal, non-commercial play on your own devices. Ownership of the game and its intellectual property is not transferred. You may keep a personal backup. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, remove ownership notices or claim authorship. Any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected. No third-party brand endorsement is claimed.
6. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices and checkout totals are shown in USD. Any store-collected tax or extra charge will be identified before submission. There are no physical shipping charges. Payment providers may apply currency conversion or their own fees. Price changes apply to new orders and do not retrospectively change an accepted paid order.
7. Orders, acceptance and contract
Check your items, account and total before submitting. An order number or receipt of an order request is an acknowledgement, not confirmation that payment has been received. An order is accepted for fulfillment when payment is confirmed and the purchased download is made available. If an error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and handle any actual payment fairly under the refund policy and applicable law.
8. Payment and irregularities
PayPal is the option displayed at checkout. The current submission flow saves a Pending payment order without making a charge. Until payment is confirmed, there is no delivery entitlement. We do not collect payment card details through support forms. Report unexpected charges or duplicate orders with the order number; never send passwords or verification codes. See our Payment policy.
9. Digital delivery and fulfillment
Eligible downloads are made available in the purchasing account after confirmed payment. Extract the ZIP and open index.html with the accompanying files kept together. No carrier or physical shipment is involved. The offered edition has no preset download limit or expiry while the account and download service remain available. Keep a backup; perpetual hosting, future editions and updates are not promised. Contact us if a paid download is missing.
10. Cancellation and withdrawal
Eligible unpaid orders may be cancelled in My account → Orders. Cancellation prevents fulfillment and does not refund a payment that was never made. Contact support if you cannot cancel an unpaid order. For a paid order, contact us before using the download where possible. Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to you are preserved. There are no recurring plans or automatic renewals.
11. Returns, refunds and remedies
Digital products have no physical return process. Report missing, corrupt, materially misdescribed or non-functioning files with enough detail to investigate. Depending on the issue and your rights, we may provide troubleshooting, a replacement or a refund. Change-of-mind requests after download are reviewed individually. We do not treat a checkbox or download as a blanket waiver of mandatory rights. Approved refunds affect the corresponding license and download permission as explained in Returns & refunds.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, malware, harassment, unauthorized account access or attempts to interfere with security and availability. Do not bypass account controls or access another customer’s orders. Reasonable protective restrictions may be applied to abusive activity, subject to applicable law and legitimate access to purchased content.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy policy explains account, order, support and technical data use, necessary cookies and your available rights. We use contact information for service and order matters. No marketing newsletter or advertising tracker is included in the current store. Do not include sensitive payment credentials in messages.
14. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We take reasonable care with descriptions and operation but maintenance, device limitations or network interruptions may affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted online availability. Demos help you assess gameplay, but they do not replace the full product description. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, quality standard or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Responsibility and events beyond control
Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control where the law permits that limitation, and we will take reasonable steps to address their effect. No term excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Keep backups of downloaded files.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights applicable where you live. Contact us first with the relevant order details so we can seek a practical resolution. This does not prevent you from using a regulator, competent court or other lawful dispute mechanism available to you.
17. Updates, severability and further contact
The update date appears at the top of this page. Revised terms apply prospectively; they do not remove rights attached to earlier accepted orders. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Our payment, delivery, cancellation, refund and privacy policies provide related details.
