Prices and currency
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total displayed at checkout is the amount of the order. There are no physical shipping charges or recurring subscriptions. Any tax charged by this store will be identified before you submit. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or its own fees.
Checkout and payment status
You must sign in or create an account before checkout. Your cart is retained while you sign in. PayPal is the payment option shown at checkout.
Submitting an order currently saves it as Pending payment. No charge is made during that submission. An order number, an order-received page or a saved order is not a confirmation of payment. Downloads are not released for unpaid orders.
When an order is paid
Payment must be confirmed before a game can be delivered. You can check order status in My account. We do not ask for payment card details, account passwords or verification codes through our contact form or email.
Duplicates, errors or unrecognized activity
Check your account before submitting an order again. If you see an unexpected order or believe you were charged incorrectly, send the order number to our support team. Do not send complete payment credentials. An unpaid duplicate can be cancelled from your account when eligible.
Refunds
A refund requires an actual confirmed payment. Unpaid orders can be cancelled; there is no payment to refund. For paid-order requests, see our Returns & refunds policy.
