What do I receive?
A ZIP containing the game’s HTML, CSS and JavaScript files and a README with instructions and license details. Extract the whole folder, then open index.html. These are digital games; no physical item or third-party activation key is supplied.
Can I try a game first?
Yes. Every game has a free 45-second browser preview. The full downloadable edition allows unlimited play sessions.
What devices are supported?
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript enabled. The games use keyboard or touch controls as listed on each product page. Try the demo on your device first. Mobile devices must support extracting ZIP files and opening local HTML files; device restrictions can vary.
Why does my order say Pending payment?
It means payment has not been confirmed. An order number is not a payment receipt. Pending orders have no download access. You can view, retry or cancel an eligible pending order in My account.
Where are my downloads?
After confirmed payment, sign in and open My account → Downloads. Your order must belong to that account. If a paid order has no download, send the order number through the form above.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You can cancel an eligible unpaid order from My account → Orders. For a paid order, use the support form and choose Return or refund request. See our Returns & refunds policy for details.
Are there subscriptions or in-game purchases?
No. The listed games are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, paid random rewards, virtual currency or in-game purchases.
